Spicy grilled fish is an easy and simple dish you can prepare for that Saturday dinner. The secret is with the flavorful marinade that is absorbed into the fish fillet. Serve with vegetable or fruit salad, your dinner is complete!
Ingredients:
• 4 fish fillets (300-350 grams)
• 1 tsp oil
First marinade:
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp crushed peppercorns
• Juice of 1/2 small lemon
Second marinade:
• 2 tbsp red chili sauce
• 1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp redi chili flakes
• 1 tsp dark soy sauce
• 2 tbsp refined oil
Instructions:
Marinate fish fillets with the first marinade.
Coat both sides of the fillets.
Set aside for 10 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the second marinade in a separate bowl.
Spread the second marinade to the fillets and coat well both sides.
Marinade and set aside for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill pan.
Brush with 1 tsp oil.
Place the marinated fish fillets on the pan.
Let it grill for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Flip on the other side.
Put the rest of the second marinade on the fillets.
Grill for 2 minutes.
Reduce to low heat.
Flip on the other side again.
Baste with oil in the pan.
Cook for another 2 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a plate.
Serve and enjoy!
