Ingredients:
For the Salad Dressing:
• 1/2 cup tahini
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp hemp seeds
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• Juice of 1 lemon
For the Salad:
• 1 bunch spring greens (chopped)
• 1 heart romaine (chopped)
• 1 small carrot (unpeeled and shredded)
• 1 small avocado (peeled and diced)
• 1 large tomato (diced)
• 1/2 zucchini (unpeeled and shredded)
• 1/2 cucumber (unpeeled and diced)
• Handful fresh cilantro (chopped)
• Few tablespoons of raw sauerkraut
Instructions:
For the Salad Dressing:
Put all the salad dressing ingredients inside the blender.
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
Transfer to a glass storage.
For the Salad:
Put all the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Assembly:
Drizzle salad dressing in the salad mixture.
Mix well.
Ready to serve.
