Smoothies are perfect for a healthy and delicious breakfast, light lunch or cooling drink on a hot afternoon! Mix fruits and vegetables in a blender, with a splash of milk or Greek yogurt. These smoothie recipes are easy to prepare and ready in less than 10 minutes.

1. Cucumber Apple Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1 large cucumber (peeled and sliced)
• 1/4 cup mint leaf
• 1 green apple (diced)
• 1/2 avocado (diced)
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1.5 cups ice

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add peeled and sliced cucumber and mint leaf.
Add diced green apple and avocado.
Drizzle with honey.
Blend until well combined.
Add 1.5 cups of ice.
Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Transfer to a glass or mason jar.
Enjoy!

2. Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:




• 1.5 cups milk
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 2 cups strawberries (sliced)
• 1 ripe banana (sliced)

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add milk and Greek yogurt.
Add sliced strawberries and ripe banana.
Blend until well combined and smooth.
Transfer to a glass or mason jar.
Enjoy!

3. Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp dark chocolate cocoa powder
• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
• 1.5 cups water (yogurt or milk can be an alternative)
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 2 frozen ripe bananas (sliced)

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add water and peanut butter.
Add chocolate protein powder and dark chocolate cocoa powder.
Add sliced frozen ripe bananas.
Blend until well combined and smooth.
Transfer to a glass or mason jar.
Enjoy!

4. Blueberry Banana Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 cup baby spinach
• 1 ripe banana (sliced)
• 1.5 cups ice

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add blueberries, baby spinach and sliced ripe banana.
Blend until well combined.
Add ice.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a glass or mason jar.
Enjoy!

5. Kiwi Banana Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups spinach
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 3 kiwis (cubed)
• 1 ripe banana (sliced)

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add milk and spinach.
Blend until well combined.
Add Greek yogurt, cubed kiwis and sliced ripe banana.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a glass or mason jar.
Enjoy!

6. Vanilla Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups water (yogurt or milk can be an alternative)
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
• 1/2 cup frozen blackberries

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add water and vanilla protein powder.
Add frozen berries – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a glass or mason jar.
Enjoy!

7. Strawberry Ginger Beet Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
• 1.5 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)
• 1/2 red beet (peeled and diced)
• 1 piece ginger (peeled)
• 1.5 cups ice

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add sliced strawberries, chopped Romaine lettuce, diced beet and ginger.
Blend until well combined.
Add ice.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a glass or mason jar.
Enjoy!

8. Pineapple Orange Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups milk
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 cup pineapple cubes
• 1 orange (peeled and sliced)
• 1 ripe mango (peeled and sliced)

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add milk and Greek yogurt.
Add pineapple cubes, orange slices and ripe mango slices.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a glass or mason jar.
Enjoy!

9. Peach & Orange Cream Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups water (yogurt or milk as an alternative)
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1.5 cups frozen peaches (sliced)
• 1.5 cups frozen orange (sliced)

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add water and vanilla protein powder.
Add frozen and sliced peaches and oranges.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a glass or mason jar.
Enjoy!

10. Orange Mango Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1 orange (peeled and sliced)
• 1 ripe mango (peeled and sliced)
• 3 large carrots (peeled and grated)
• 1.5 cups ice

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add orange juice.
Add sliced orange and ripe mango.
Add grated carrots.
Blend until well combined.
Add ice.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a glass or mason jar.
Enjoy!

11. Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups milk
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
• 1/2 cup blackberries
• 1/2 cup raspberries

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add milk and Greek yogurt.
Add berries – blueberries, sliced strawberries, blackberries and raspberries.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a glass or mason jar.
Enjoy!

12. Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups coconut milk
• 1 cup spinach
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1.5 cups frozen ripe mango (peeled and sliced)
• 1.5 cups frozen pineapple (peeled and sliced)

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add coconut milk and spinach.
Blend until well combined.
Add vanilla protein powder.
Add sliced ripe mango and pineapple.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a glass or mason jar.
Enjoy!
