• 2 cups of watermelon
• 1/4 cup of Meyer lemon juice
Instructions:
This recipe takes about 5 minutes to prepare. The watermelon needs to set in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours. Serves 2.
Cut the watermelon on both ends.
Place one end on the cutting board so that it is in a standing position.
Slice off the rind.
Cut the watermelon flesh into half and then into small cubes.
Put the watermelon cubes in a bowl.
Let the watermelon cubes set in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
In a blender, place watermelon cubes and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
