Easy Glazed Salmon Recipe With Only 4 Ingredients

Preparing healthy meals for your family does not always require a great amount of time and a lot of ingredients. If you don’t have much time, one simple, healthy meal that you can serve your family is salmon. Most people think that a great tasting salmon dish can only be ordered out but this recipe will give you a restaurant-worthy glazed salmon prepared right in your own home. What’s even greater is that the recipe uses only 4 ingredients for the marinade, plus you don’t even need a grill, oven or broiler to cook the fish. Serve this dish with a salad or sautéed vegetables.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• ¼ cup of honey
• 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
• 2 salmon filets

Instructions:

This recipe takes about 15 minutes to make. The salmon fillets need to marinade for at least 2 hours. Serves 2.

Put all the ingredients for the marinade lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and soy sauce in a zip-lock bag.
Shake or massage the bag to mix the ingredients together.
Put the salmon fillets in the zip-lock bag and seal.
Put the bag in the refrigerator and let the fish marinate for at least 2 hours.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Put the salmon fillets skin side up.
Fry the fillets for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Transfer the salmon fillets to a plate.
Pour the marinade into the skillet.
Once the sauce boils, put the fillets back into the pan.
Continue simmering until the sauce has reduced.
Spoon sauce onto salmon fillets to give it a nice glaze.
