Smoothies are great for breakfast especially during hot summer days when you need that fuel, fast. They are easy and quick to make. Throw everything in a blender and you’ll have a nutritious energy booster in just a minute or two. Smoothies are also great pre or post workout drinks.

This recipe gives you 2 delicious fat burning breakfast smoothies. Each smoothie takes less than 2 minutes to make. These smoothies are rich in vitamins and antioxidant ingredients which promote weight loss, boost heart health, fight cancer, boost memory, lower glucose level, and blood pressure and boost the immune system.

Ingredients:

Each smoothie takes about 2 minutes to make. Serves 1.

Green Tea Avocado Ginger Smoothie:

• 2 cups of cold green tea
• half of an avocado
• 1/8 tsp grated ginger
• 1 banana
• 1 tsp honey
• 6 ice cubes

PB+J:

• 1 cup of brewed coffee, cold
• 1 cup of frozen berries
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• a pinch of cinnamon
• 1/8 cup of chocolate whey protein powder
• 4 ice cubes

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in glasses.

Ideas And Tips:

• If you don’t want ginger bits in your smoothie, you may boil the ginger in water then use the liquid to steep your green tea.

• You may substitute honey with maple syrup or stevia.

• You may substitute almond butter with peanut butter.

• If you do not want coffee, you may substitute this with milk.
