• 2 tbsp hemp seeds
• 2 tbsp soaked chia seeds
• 5 walnuts
• 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 3 Brazil nuts
• 1 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut butter
• 2 tbsp organic raw almond butter
• 1 banana
• 1 cup of wild blueberries
• 1 cup of water
• ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
This recipe takes about 10 minutes to make. Serves 2.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
