Noodles At Home (Quick & Best)

Instant noodles is a packed block of dried noodles that is famous in Asian countries and now very popular all over the world. Each pack of noodles has flavoring powder in it, some include a spicy seasoning in it. This dish is very quick and easy to cook, ready in less than 5 minutes! You can always add other ingredients such as sunny-side-up egg and some chopped greens.


• 1 pack instant noodles
• 1 egg
• a little oil for frying
• some sesame seeds (for garnishing)
• some chopped coriander/parsley (for garnishing)


Set a small saucepot over medium heat.
Add 2 cups of water to the pot.
Let it boil.
Once it boils, add the noodles.
Add the flavoring powder that comes with it.
Let it cook for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl.

Set a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Add a little oil for frying.
Fry a sunny-side-up egg until egg white has set.
Remove from the heat and transfer to the bowl with the cooked noodles.
Garnish with some chopped coriander or parsley.
Sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
Serve and enjoy!

Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Make these super-easy on-the-go banana oatmeal breakfast cookies for you and your kids. You only need three ingredients for this yummy recipe – some oats, ripe bananas, and mini chocolate chips. The ripe banana makes the cookies naturally sweet. But if you like it with more flavor, then you can always add some maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon.


• 1 1/2 cups oatmeal (1 cup quick oats + 1/2 cup rolled oats)
• 2 medium ripe bananas
• 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 F.

Prepare a large mixing bowl.
Add two medium ripe bananas into the bowl.
Mash the bananas using a fork.
Add the oats and mini chocolate chips into the bowl.
Mix well to combine.

Prepare a baking tray and line it with a silicone sheet.
Get a spoonful of the mixture.
Form into cookies and place on the baking tray.
Place inside the preheated oven.
Let it bake for 12-15 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven.
Let it cool and serve.

Tips and ideas:

You can store the cookies in an airtight container and store them in the fridge until a week.

If you are only using rolled oats, then let it sit for 20-30 minutes after mixing in the banana before forming into cookies.

You can use nuts or raisins as an alternative to mini chocolate chips.

Turkish Bread – The Most Delicious And Easy Bread You Will Ever Make!

Make this easy and flavorful Turkish bread for breakfast or lunch. No oven is required for this recipe. You only need to mix all the ingredients and shape them into flatbread, then fry. Sprinkle some chili flakes and chopped parsley for serving. Serve with a healthy smoothie to have a delicious breakfast.


• 500 grams flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp dry yeast
• 150 ml warm water
• 150 ml warm milk
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• some oil (for serving)
• some chili flakes (for serving)
• some chopped parsley (for serving)


In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams of flour.
Add 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp dry yeast.
Mix until well combined.
Pour 150 ml of warm water and 150 ml of warm milk.
Mix until well combined.
Add 3 tbsp olive oil.
Mix until thick and well combined.
Form into a round dough.
Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap.
Set it aside for an hour to increase in size.
After an hour, transfer the dough to a work surface.
Divide it into six equal portions.
Shape each portion into a small round dough.
Dust the work surface with flour.
Roll out the dough to make a flatbread using a rolling pin.
Do this with the rest of the dough.

Set a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Fry each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Do this with the rest of the flatbread.
Brush each with some oil, then sprinkle with chili flakes and chopped parsley.
Serve and enjoy!
