How To Make Fruit Salad Popsicles

Looking for a perfect refreshment for kids and adults? Why not try these fruit salad popsicles! Fruit ice-pops are made of real, yummy, and fresh fruits molded in white grape juice. This is a refreshing and healthy treat for summer without added sugar.


• 3/4 cup or 4 oz strawberries (hulled and halved)
• 1/2 cup or 3 oz blueberries
• 1/2 cup or 1 peach (cut to 1/2-inch slices)
• 2 kiwis (peeled and sliced to 1/4-inch rounds)
• 1.5 to 2 cups 100% white grape juice
• Popsicle sticks


Preparation only takes about 15 minutes. It takes 6 hours to make the ice-pops solid.

Prepare ice-pop molds.
Arrange the sliced fruits inside the molds.
Make sure each fruit are fit closely inside.
Pour white grape juice in each mold and cover-up to top.
Make sure that the juice settles in around the fruits.
Stick the popsicle sticks in the mold.
Let it freeze for 6 hours or until its solid enough to make a popsicle.
Serve and enjoy!

Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe – Sorbet Sherbet

You can still enjoy summer treats even if you’re vegan or vegetarian. This gluten and sugar-free strawberry ice cream is a real winner for that Sunday afternoon treat for summer!


• 2 bananas (frozen and sliced)
• 1/2 cup strawberries (frozen and chopped)


Prepare the food processor.
Place the sliced and frozen bananas and strawberries.
Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
It should have a smooth and creamy texture.
Transfer to a container.
Place inside the fridge and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Enjoy and serve.

Tips and ideas:

You can add a slice of banana on top for added presentation.

Vegan Chocolate Cake Recipe – Ganache

Everbody loves chocolate cake! Here’s a vegan way of preparing your favorite chocolate cake. This is a perfect dessert for vegan lovers, combined with strawberries and vegan chocolate ganache.


For the cake:
• 12 tbsp vegan margarine
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 1/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 1/4 cup water with 4 tbsp energ egg replacer
• 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
• 1/4 cup applesauce
• 15 strawberries (sliced thinly)
• 3 teaspoons energ egg replacer
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

For the chocolate buttercream frosting:
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup vegan margarine
• 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

For the vegan chocolate ganache:
• 1 cup non-dairy milk
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup vegan margarine
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder


For the cake:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Prepare a baking dish and line with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, add vegan margarine and sugar.
Mix using an electric mixer.
Add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix until well combined.

Set a saucepan over high heat.
Add water and non-dairy milk.
Bring to a boil.

In a separate mixing bowl, add water and energ egg replacer.
Add this mixture to the large mixing bowl previously.
Add other ingredients like applesauce, vanilla extract, vinegar, and the boiling water mixture.

Mix everything until well combined.

Pour the mixture to the baking dish.
Let it bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven.

For the chocolate buttercream frosting:
Mix all ingredients using a hand-held mixer.

For the vegan chocolate ganache:
Set a small saucepan over medium heat.
Put all the ingredients.
Let it cook and mix well until texture softens.

Decorate the cake with the sliced strawberries, chocolate buttercream frosting, and ganache.
Serve and enjoy!
