Homemade Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Chicken nuggets are made from chicken meat and coated with bread crumbs, then deep-fried. This chicken product became popular in the United States and commonly found in fast-food restaurants. They are best served with a variety of dips such as mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, barbecue sauce, or mustard.

Ingredients:

• 500 grams boneless chicken breast (sliced into bite-sized pieces)
• 4 slices white bread
• 1 tbsp soya sauce
• 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
• 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
• 1 medium egg
• 1 tbsp milk
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

This recipe takes about 30 minutes.

Slice and remove the four corners of the bread.
White bread should only remain.
Cut the white bread into bite-size pieces.
Put inside a food processor.
Blend the bread until it turns like bread crumbs.
Add the chicken breasts.
Season with garlic paste, ginger paste, soya sauce, pepper powder, paprika powder, and salt.
Mix using a spatula until well combined.
Blend for a few minutes until you reach the desired texture, recommended not too smooth.
Transfer to a flat surface board.
Put a little bit of oil to the chicken mixture.
Knead well.
Flatten the mixture into a rectangular size.
Cut into nugget size squares.
Set aside.

Crack egg and beat.
Add milk and mix well.

Dip and coat the nugget in the egg mixture.
Cover with breadcrumbs.
Set a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Put oil and let it heat.
Fry the nuggets for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a plate.
Serve and enjoy!
