No-Bake Healthy Granola Energy Bites Recipe (Peanut Butter Chocolate)

These energy bites can also be dessert for your kids. It only takes 20 minutes to prepare this healthy energy bite recipe.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup raw honey
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal
• 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
• 1 1/2 cups oats
• 1/2 cup rice crispies
• 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

This recipe takes about 20 minutes. It makes 24 balls.

In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup raw honey and 1/2 cup peanut butter.
Mix until well combined.
Add 1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal and 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes.
Mix until well combined.
Add 1 1/2 cups oats, 1/2 rice crispies, and 1/4 mini chocolate chips.
Mix well to combine until the mixture is thick.
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Scoop from the mixture and form into small balls.
Serve and enjoy!
