Best Street Food – Vietnamese Pizza [No-Oven]

Make a delicious pizza without using an oven or even dough! Vietnamese pizza is one of the famous street foods in Vietnam where you use rice paper as the pizza crust. Add fillings such as fried onions, sausage slices and of course cheese! This tasty recipe only takes about 15-20 minutes.


• 1 cup red onions (finely sliced)
• 1-2 cups cooking oil
• 1 rice paper
• 2 tbsp green onions (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tbsp chili paste
• 1 egg
• 1 laughing cow cheese
• 1 sausage (sliced into thin sticks)
• a handful of dried baby shrimp
• mayonnaise
• chili sauce


Set a small pot over medium heat.
Add 1-2 cups of cooking oil and heat it.
Add 1 cup of finely sliced red onions.
Let it cook until browned and crispy.
Once done, remove from the heat.
Transfer the crispy onions into a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Set aside.

Set a non-stick frying pan over low heat.
Add a rice paper.
Add 2 tbsp of finely chopped green onions.
Drizzle 1/2 tbsp of chili paste.
Crack open an egg.
Mix to combine, then spread all over the rice paper.
Once the scrambled egg mixture cooks, add a laughing cow cheese on top.
Melt it and spread.
Add thin sticks of sausage, a handful of dried baby shrimp and crispy onions.
Drizzle the mayonnaise and chili sauce.
Let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
Fold the rice paper.
Cook for another minute or two.
Once done, remove from the pan.
Serve and enjoy!

Easy Greek Salad Recipe

This easy Greek salad recipe only takes about 10 minutes to prepare. This classic salad consists of chopped vegetables; cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Add some crumbled feta cheese to flavor. The salad is mixed with a tasteful dressing – a combination of olive oil, some herbs, and lemon juice. It is a perfect appetizer for your dinner.


• 1 large English cucumber (unpeeled and sliced)
• 1 large red onion (sliced thinly)
• 1/3 cup Kalamata olives (halved)
• 2 medium tomatoes (chopped into bite-sized wedges)
• 1 large green bell pepper (diced)
• 7 oz feta cheese (crumbled)


• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• zest of half a lemon
• 1 tbsp thyme leaves (chopped)
• 2 tbsp oregano leaves (crushed)
• 2 tbsp honey mustard
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• juice of half a lemon
• salt to taste


Prepare a large mixing bowl.
Add all the chopped vegetables into the bowl.
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese.
Set aside.

In a separate bowl, add 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil.
Add chopped thyme leaves, crushed oregano leaves, and zest of half a lemon.
Season with honey mustard, red wine vinegar, salt to taste, and lemon juice.
Mix well.

Pour the dressing into the bowl of vegetables.
Mix well.
Serve and enjoy!

Tips and ideas:

You can garnish with some chopped oregano and crumbled feta cheese.

Chili Fish Recipe – Restaurant Style Chili Fish

Spice up your dinner with this restaurant-style chili fish recipe. It is a quick and easy dinner recipe that contains coated bite-size fish pieces mixed in chili sauce. Best served with rice.


• 300 grams boneless fish (cubed)
• 1 cup green bell pepper (diced)
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp cornflour
• 1/4 tsp pepper powder
• 1 egg white
• oil (for deep frying)


• 2 tbsp red chili sauce
• 2 tsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tbsp tomato sauce
• 1 tsp white vinegar

• 1 tbsp oil
• 6 cloves garlic (chopped)
• 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
• 2 green chilies (sliced)
• cornflour slurry (1 tbsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water)

• chopped spring onions (optional for garnishing)


In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp red chili sauce, 2 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, and 1 tsp white vinegar.
Mix until well combined.
Set aside.

In a dish, put the cubed boneless fish pieces.
Season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste, and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Toss using your hands to coat the cubed fish pieces.
Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add 1 tbsp all-purpose flour and 2 tbsp cornflour.
Season with 1/4 tsp pepper powder.
Add an egg white.
Toss using your hands to coat well.

Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Add some oil for deep frying and heat it.
Once heated, add marinated cubed fish pieces.
Deep-fry for 3 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the pan and transfer to plate.
Set aside.

Set a frying pan over high heat.
Add 1 tbsp oil and heat it.
Saute chopped garlic, green onions, and green chilies for 15 seconds.
Add diced green bell pepper and stir for 15 seconds.
Add chopped onion and stir until soft.
Add the fried fish pieces into the pan.
Stir-fry for a minute.
Pour the sauce mix set aside earlier.
Mix until well combined.
Add cornflour slurry and stir until sauce is thick.
Garnish with chopped spring onion and mix.
Remove from the heat and transfer to a plate.
Serve with rice.
