• Kale is considered as one of the world’s superfoods. It is also known as leaf cabbage. Compared to regular cabbage, kale’s leaves do not form a head and are spread out. Kale is a rich source of vitamin A, C, folate, B6, and manganese. It is also high in iron, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus. It is commonly added to soups, smoothies, and salads.
• Coconut oil is extracted from mature coconuts. It can last up to 6 months without spoiling due to its high saturated fat content and it is also slow to oxidize. Numerous studies reveal that coconut oil helps burn more fat. Coconut oil also has lauric acid which can kill harmful bacteria and yeast.
