• 1/2 tsp basil
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)

• 1/4 cup parsley (finely chopped)
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
• 16 oz penne pasta (cooked)

Instructions:

Chicken:

Set a large pan over medium heat.
Melt butter.
Add bite-sized cubes of chicken.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
Stir and cook for 8-10 minutes until the chicken has cooked.
Remove from the pan and transfer to a bowl.
Set aside.

Sauce:

In the same large pan, melt butter.
Saute minced garlic for 30 seconds until garlic is fragrant.
Add flour and stir to combine.
Add milk gradually while stirring until sauce thickens.

• 3-inch cinnamon stick
• salt and pepper to taste
• 14 oz tomato sauce
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

Put cubed chicken breasts in a bowl.
Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and turmeric.
Mix well to combine.

Set a large pot over medium heat.
Melt butter.
Add seasoned cubed chicken breasts and cook until browned.
Remove from the pot and transfer to a bowl.
Set aside.

In the same pot, melt butter.
Add sliced yellow onions.
Season with Garam masala, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, grated ginger, minced garlic, cinnamon stick, salt, and pepper.

Add half of the sliced bell peppers and white onion.
Place the chicken breasts next.
Season with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add minced garlic, juice of half a lime, and diced tomatoes.
Add the remaining half of the sliced bell peppers and white onion.
Add juice of half a lime.
Cover the pot.
Cook on high for three hours.
After three hours, remove the chicken and shred.
Put the shredded chicken back in the pot.
Give it a mix and cover the pot until heated.
Serve with cooked rice and garnish with sour cream, guacamole, freshly chopped cilantro, and shredded mixed cheese.

Ingredients:

• 8 oz halloumi cheese
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp black pepper
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 2 cartons cherry tomatoes
• 2 chicken breasts
• 4 large basil leaves

• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 2 large handfuls of basil leaves

Instructions:

Slice halloumi cheese into four equal portions.
Set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Prepare a large plastic bag or ziplock bag.
Add salt, black pepper, and olive oil in it.
Add the cherry tomatoes and chicken breasts.
Seal and massage to season them well.
Once done, transfer to a foil-covered baking tray.
Put large basil leaves on each chicken breast.
Top it off with sliced halloumi cheese.
Place inside the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Broil for another 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and transfer halloumi chicken to a plate.
Set aside.

Bake the cherry tomatoes again for 10 minutes at 350 F.
Remove from the oven after 10 minutes and set aside.

Prepare a blender.
Add garlic cloves, salt, black pepper, juice of 1/2 lemon, and olive oil.
Blend to combine.
Add two handfuls of basil leaves.
Blend again to combine until it becomes a sauce.

Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1 tbsp ginger (chopped)
• 1 tbsp garlic (minced)

• 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
• pepper to taste
• 2 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless, and cubed)

• sesame oil
• 1/2 white onion (sliced)
• 3 celery stalks (sliced)
• 4 carrots (julienned)
• 3 cups cabbage (chopped)
• 2 packs Ramen noodles
• 1.5 cups chicken broth

Instructions:

In a bowl, add soy sauce, chopped ginger, minced garlic, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, red pepper flakes, and pepper to taste.
Mix well to combine and set aside.

Put cubed chicken breasts in a ziplock bag.
Add half of the sauce into the ziplock.
Set aside the remaining half of the sauce.
Seal and massage chicken.
Marinate for an hour.

Set a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
Remove from the pot and transfer to a bowl.
Set aside.
In the same pot, add a little bit of sesame oil.
Add sliced white onion and celery stalks.
Add julienned carrots and chopped cabbage.
Stir and cook until carrots are tender.
Add two packs of Ramen noodles and chicken broth.
Cover the lid and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix to break the noodles, then add cooked chicken and the rest of the sauce.
Mix well to combine.
Remove from the pot and transfer to a bowl.

Ingredients:

• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 large chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
• flour (as needed)
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• juice of a lemon
• 2 tbsp capers

Instructions:

Slice chicken breast in butterfly cut.
Pound it using a meat mallet.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Coat with flour and shake to remove excess four.
Set a skillet over high heat and melt butter.
Fry chicken breast for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and transfer to a plate.

In the same skillet, pour chicken broth.
Add juice of a lemon and capers.

Ingredients:

Rainbow Cake:

• 3 packets vanilla cake mix
• 5 different gel colors

White Cake:

• 2 packets vanilla cake mix

For Decoration:

• 500 grams white fondant
• some frosting (which usually comes with the cake mix)
• gel colors

Instructions:

Rainbow Cake:

Mix 3 packets of cake mix in a large mixing bowl.
Add other ingredients indicated in the packets.
Mix until well combined.
Divide into five portions.
Add a generous amount of a gel color to each portion.
You will get five different colored cakes.
Mix each portion until well combined.
Transfer each to a piping bag.

Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Squeeze out one colored cake mix on the paper.
Switch on to another color and continue the pattern until all the colored cake mixes are squeezed out.
Tap the tray to eliminate any air bubbles.
Place inside the oven at 350 F.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
Once done, remove from the oven.
Slice off the brown layer on top.
Cut out the cake using a heart cutter (or any shape you prefer).
Slice the browned base.
Set aside the rainbow cake cut-outs.

White Cake:

Mix two packets of cake mix in a mixing bowl.
Add other ingredients indicated in the packets.
Mix until well combined.

Prepare a loaf pan.
Line it with aluminum foil.
Add 2 cups of the white cake mixture to the pan.
Spread evenly.
Bake for 10 minutes to firm the surface for the rainbow cake cutouts.
Once done, add a little of the white cake mix in the middle.
Stack the rainbow cake heart cut-outs just enough to fit the loaf pan.
Put them into the middle of the pan upside down.
Cover with white cake mix to fill the loaf pan.
Place inside the oven at 320 to 350 F.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
Once done, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
Remove the browned surface of the cake.
Spread frosting on the cake.

Fondant:

Divide the white fondant into five portions.
Add a generous amount of a gel color to each portion.
You will get five different colored fondant.
Mix all the colored fondant.
Roll out to a thin layer using a rolling pin.
Put it over the cake.
Cut off any excess fondant.
Slice to equal portions.
